As the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic situation is challenging and uncertain for everyone, we are doing everything we can as a business to prevent any disruption to our services.

At this time, all orders are being processed as normal and most deliveries are carried out as scheduled.

Please be aware that, according to the information we’ve been provided, when receiving parcels you are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus. Based on existing data regarding other coronaviruses, these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects, such as letters or parcels. However, we advise people to wash their hands using soap and hot water after unpacking any newly received parcels.

Please note: All deliveries are handled by shipping couriers. Therefore all the time(s) given below are estimated delivery time(s). There is a small chance that your delivery may come earlier or later than specified. It may take up to 3 days for orders to be processed.

You will be sent an email when it is dispatched.

Please ensure that your address is correct at checkout.

Your order will be cancelled as a result of a failed delivery.

In the event of any failed delivery, the cost of the item only, will be automatically refunded to the card used at checkout, once it is sent back to our warehouse.

Shipping Information

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time.
  • Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Processing time requires 7-14 days.
  • Shipping time is based on the method selected by the customer at checkout.
  • Shipping timelines do not apply to orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses.
  • All shipping times are an estimation and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. For items returned to CAN2 LIFE due to undeliverable addresses or issues with Customs, refunds will be issued for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

CAN2 LIFE does not hold or accept any responsibility for packages that have been stated as items lost, stolen, stuck in transit, or delivered. We do not issue refunds or store credit for packages that the courier confirms as lost in transit or delivered. Please contact your local postal service to locate your order. The Customer Support Team can only see the same tracking information given to the customer through the tracking number.

CAN2 LIFE is not responsible for the payment of Customs or VAT Fees. The fee varies and is determined by each country. By processing an order, you agree and acknowledge you will pay any Customs and VAT fees that may occur.
